To do this you will need to write a Will.

There are online services such as UK Legal Wills which guide you through the process for a relatively small fee.

Another option is a will-writing service – you get advice but, unlike solicitors, will writers don’t have to be qualified or regulated, so you might like to check whether they are a member of a recognised trade body such as the Institute of Professional Will Writers or the Society of Will Writers.

Alternatively you could pay a solicitor to do it, but then you can expect to pay more.
